Ela Grima

Ela Grima is a ceramic artist based in Malmö, Sweden. With a background in interior design, she has developed a deep appreciation for thoughtful design in everyday objects. Working primarily with stoneware clay, each piece is carefully handthrown on the potter's wheel in her studio in Värnhem.

Her work centres on creating functional ceramics that balance simplicity, craftsmanship, and everyday use. Inspired by minimalist forms and Japanese pottery traditions, each collection combines timeless aesthetics with a contemporary perspective.

Every stage of the process takes place in her studio, from throwing and sculpting to glazing and firing. Each piece is thoughtfully crafted by hand from start to finish.
