ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 3 working days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 working days to let you know your order is on the way.
LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available all across Sweden. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days using PostNord. You can expect to receive your order within 5 to 8 business days.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
PICKUP IN STORE
Free pick-ups can be arranged from my studio, Höstgatan 37, Malmö. Please contact us on hej.elagrima@gmail.com and let us know what date and time is best for you to pick up your order. Please wait until the pick up time you suggested is confirmed.
Delivery Outside the European Union (EU)

If a parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties, incorrect shipping information, or refusal by the local authority, you will be responsible for all return shipping fees and any applicable restocking charges. Refunds, if applicable, will exclude initial shipping costs and may be subject to additional deductions. -
